Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of LangoBee (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

The Service

LangoBee helps you learn languages through native content with word-level tracking, comprehension scoring, and review. We may add, change, or remove features over time.

Accounts

You're responsible for your account and for keeping your login secure. Provide accurate information and don't share your account with others.

Subscriptions, free trial, and billing

• Free trial — paid plans may start with a 7-day free trial. We collect a payment method up front; you are not charged until the trial ends, and we'll remind you before it does.
• Auto-renewal — monthly and annual plans renew automatically at the then-current price until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from Settings → Billing, which stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the paid period.
• Lifetime — the lifetime plan is a one-time payment for ongoing access under these Terms; it is not a subscription and does not auto-renew.
• Price changes — we may change prices for future billing periods; changes never affect a lifetime purchase already made.

Refunds

Because a free trial lets you evaluate the Service before paying, charges are generally non-refundable except where required by law. If something went wrong, contact us and we'll try to make it right.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the Service: no scraping at scale, reverse engineering, reselling access, infringing others' rights, or interfering with the Service's operation.

Content and intellectual property

Third-party content (e.g. articles and YouTube videos) belongs to its respective owners and is shown for language-learning purposes. The LangoBee software, brand, and original materials belong to us. Your personal data and learning history remain yours.

Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, LangoBee is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the Service.

Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms; material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
