Refund Policy

We want LangoBee to be worth it. This policy explains how trials, cancellations, and refunds work.
Free trial
Paid plans start with a 7-day free trial. You won't be charged until the trial ends, and we'll remind you before it does. If LangoBee isn't for you, cancel before the trial ends and you'll never be billed — the cleanest way to "get a refund" is to not be charged in the first place.
Cancellation
You can cancel anytime from Settings → Billing, which opens the secure Stripe portal. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for. We don't charge a cancellation fee.
Subscription refunds
Because the free trial lets you evaluate LangoBee before paying, monthly and annual charges are generally non-refundable, including for partial billing periods, except where required by law. That said, if you were charged by mistake or something genuinely went wrong, email us — we'll review it and try to make it right.
Lifetime purchases
The one-time lifetime purchase can be refunded within 14 days of purchase if you haven't made substantial use of premium features. After 14 days, lifetime purchases are non-refundable.
How to request a refund
Email langobeesupport@gmail.com from the address on your account, with the date of the charge. We aim to respond within a few business days.
Statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable refund or cancellation rights you have under the consumer-protection laws of your country or region.
